Competitive Dragon Boat Crews

There are two crew levels: sport and community. Sport crews are competitive crews who aspire to race their way to the regional and national championships, with an ultimate goal of vying for a berth to the World Championships. Community crews are newer crews who aspire to become sport crews, but don't have sufficient experience to do so just yet.

Our paddling season is now over - we plan to get back on the water in May 2018. Tentative practice schedule:

  • Mon/Weds, 6-7 and 7-8pm (exact details and crew slots TBA)

Winter training runs through mid-May with group circuits at the Edge in Williston:

  • Weds 6:30-7:30pm

Your first two practices/circuits are free.

Want to join a crew? Not sure where to begin? We'll help you figure it out...email us at info@maliaracing.com or reach out to us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Corporate & Custom Crews

Got a group of coworkers, friends, family, or all of the above that want to get competitive? Maybe you tried a charity dragon boat festival and are hungry for more!? Maybe you play a winter or fall sport and you (perhaps even your whole team!) need something to do in the summer? You bring the crew (up to 11 for a short boat crew, or 21 for a standard boat crew), we'll provide the coaching and get you ready to race in a community division.
