Dragon Boat Winter Training

We don't stop training because it's too cold to paddle! In fact, our motto is that medals are won in the winter and picked up in the summer. Our off-season training is key to our success in competition each year. Plus it makes the winters go by faster!

We train individually in the gym most of the week, and come together on Wednesday nights for a group circuit. Join us!

Wednesdays, 6:30pm.
